A New Year
It is with anticipation and gratitude that we enter
2008…thanking God for 10 years of miracles and His faithfulness
at Fairhaven, Canada.
We have much work to accomplish in the months ahead as we
finish Cottage #5 – anticipating the dedication in June.
Plans for the Charles Shepson Lodge are under way and we
anticipate breaking ground for this facility in June as well.
The Miracle on the Mountain continues as we put our hand
in the Hand of God and find it is safer than a known way!

Thank You
Dear Friends,
We are now finished our dinner tour for 2007 and once again it has been a highlight for us and the ministry of Fairhaven. Each location provided wonderful opportunity to interact with some of our faithful supporters and make new acquaintances with others who are interested. We sensed a wonderful spirit in each place and are greatly encouraged.
Included in the generous financial giving at the dinners were funds for furnishing the meeting room, and provision of a new lap top computer.
With deep gratitude,
Len & Fay Frank

A New Dimension
A record number of guests enjoyed our village on Silver Star Mountain this past year. They came for many reasons and left feeling they had profited greatly from being at this special place.
We will have another cottage available for the use of our guests by this summer. Even with this addition, we are quickly filling in the spaces for July and August. We are open year-round and each season has its own advantages and attractive features.
This year we are adding a life coaching dimension to our services. Details will follow on this website when the coaching team is in place. Currently, coaching is available at the Fairhaven village and soon you will have the option of linking with a life coach by telephone.

Exciting Summer
The last few months have been incredibly exciting as we monitor daily construction progress on the new staff residence which will also serve as laundry facilities, office and Gathering Room until the Charles Shepson Welcome Center is built.
They have also been exciting summer months as we have had “full house” in our facilities….it has been a joyful reminder of “why” we are doing “what” we are doing.
We’ve been blessed by the host of volunteers who have donated and installed a heating system, helped with construction, cut grass and watered lawns, energetically cut trees and hauled out truckloads of dead brush, cleaned cottages, done electrical work, operated heavy equipment, sewed curtains, and lovingly filled the role of guest services. Our gratitude is boundless.
